Each day begins with the making of our own pizza dough. Our dough is an old Greek recipe that resembles more of bread than a traditional Italian pizza crust. We then combine herbs and spices with California tomatoes to create our sauce. Whole milk mozzarella finishes off the three main components of our cheese pizza.
From there on, feel free to create your own pizza pie from our selected list of toppings or choose from our selection of house combos.
